By using Ekav you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Service description

Ekav provides an AI voice-agent service for handling inbound and outbound calls and adjacent workflows (appointment booking, lead capture, WhatsApp confirmations). Specific capabilities depend on your plan.

Acceptable use

You will not use Ekav to make unsolicited bulk calls, impersonate third parties, or violate Indian law (including the DPDP Act and TRAI regulations). You must obtain caller consent where local law requires it.

Fees

Fees are billed monthly per business per the selected plan.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Data deletion follows a 7-day cool-off window for safety. Audit logs are retained for the period required by law.
