What if the AI gets confused?
It escalates to a human number you choose, plays an after-hours message you wrote, or takes a message — whichever you configure. You’re never locked out of a fallback.
Which languages does it speak?
Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi — and it switches mid-call when callers do.
Where is my data stored?
Your tenant’s data sits in your own slice of the database; recordings live in object storage with short-TTL signed URLs and consent gates. We never mix tenants.
